- Fire Safety & Fighting: Understanding the chemistry of fire, identifying fire classes, preventing hazards, and safely deploying correct extinguishing agents (such as CO2 and foam extinguishers) within initial control boundaries.
- Evacuation & Crowd Control: Guiding staff and visitors safely out of buildings via designated escape routes, handling smoke-filled corridors, and managing assembly points.
- Communication & Handover: Clear communication with internal teams and seamless operational handover to incoming professional emergency services (police, fire brigade, ambulance).
