What you’ll learn

  • CPR & AED: Mastering Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and operating an Automated External Defibrillator.
  • Injury Management: Treating wounds, burns, fractures, and managing severe bleeding or shock.
  • Airway Management: Correctly assisting unconscious or choking victims to ensure an open airway.
  • Emergency Protocol: Developing the confidence to assess situations quickly and act safely under pressure.

Course format

  • Blended learning: Complete the comprehensive theoretical framework online at your own pace (4–16 hours).
  • Practical session: Refine your life-saving techniques during an interactive classroom session led by certified instructors.
  • Certification: Earn an officially recognised Red Cross First Aid Certificate, valid for 2 years.
